We want to make each and every part of your visit to Hohenzollern Palace as easy as possible, including your planning. Please find a summary of the most important travel and booking information below.
OPENING HOURS

Sigmaringen castle will be closed on:
January 1st , Monday after “Epiphany“ to March 9th , December 24th, December 25th as well as December 31st.
German speaking guided tours: 10 a.m., 12 a.m, 2 p.m., 4 p.m.
All tours take place with a maximum of twenty participants. If the number of visitors is too high, the palace can only be visited with an audio guide.
Audio guides are available the subsequent languages:
English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Romanian and Russian.
COVID-19 INFORMATION
From 3rd of April 2022:
Beginning April 3rd 2022, a new regulation will apply, you will not have to show any 3G proof for your visit.
The obligation to wear a mask also ceases with the new regulation.
However, we still recommend visitors to wear an FFP2 mask. Children over the age of 6 are recommended to wear at least a medical mask.
All guests are asked to disinfect their hands before entering and to adhere to the generally applicable distance rules.

Hohenzollern Palace is a historical monument atop a steep slope and so may present major access inconveniences for people with difficulties.
Unfortunately, due to conservation concern and the nature of exhibits on display, we do not allow animals to enter Hohenzollern Palace. Nevertheless, dog bowls are available at the cash desk.

Het Slot van Hohenzollern is een historisch monument gelegen op een helling, op grond hiervan kunnen moeilijkheden ontstaan voor mensen met beperking op weg naar de ingang.
De rondleidingen vinden in het Duits dagelijks plaats per 30 minuten. Brochures met de inhoud van de rondleiding zijn beschikbaar in de volgende talen: Nederlands, Engels, Frans, Italiaans, Portugees, Spaans, Roemeens, Russisch
Graag bieden wij u ook een rondleiding in een andere taal aan (Nederlands, Engels, Frans, Italiaans) en vragen u vriendelijk, om deze van tevoren te reserveren.
